Man canceled my rent payment after I paid him

I got contacted by this guy who said he could help me with my rent payments. He had me pay through my rent portal and I did, $330. He said he was from Dewane Boone HH LLC. The next day he canceled the payment.

I've been trying to call him back at (334) 672-4231 and emailing [email protected] to ask what's going on with his business, but he just hangs up on me or it goes straight to voicemail. I don't know what else to do.
