Website for dresses took my money and never refunded

I was looking for dresses online and came across this website dewhaul.com. I bought a dress but then realized I didn't need it anymore so I emailed them at [email protected]. They said I could cancel and get a refund since it hadn't shipped yet but there would be a $10 cancellation fee. I figured I'd get the rest of my money back but I never did.

I emailed them so many times and got nothing back. I tried calling the number on their site, (408) 334-6213, and it turned out to be some random number not even connected to the company. I lost $52.76 and never got the dress either. Their address shows 1402 Baylor Dr, Colorado Springs, CO 80909. Just want my money back.
