Facebook credit card approval turned into lost fee

I saw this credit card thing on Facebook and figured I'd give it a shot. The person told me I was approved for a card with a $300 limit. All I had to do was pay a $35 fee to get it.

So I paid it. Then about 3 months go by and I get a message saying they couldn't approve me after all. That was it. No card, no explanation, nothing else.

I tried to reach back out but got no reply. The email they used was [email protected] and the phone number was 1(740) 691-1011. I'm just out the $35 and feeling pretty stupid about it.
