Paid fees for years and never got my money back

I paid fees for 4 and a half years because they kept telling me we will deliver your funds. They told me all these different people were involved like a housing agent, a DHL delivery driver, a FedEx manager, even an FBI agent and some airport agent.

I just kept paying and paying. Total money lost is $20,000. Every time I thought it was almost done, someone new would pop up with another fee. And in the end I got nothing but my funds confiscated. They never delivered anything. Just kept stringing me along all that time.
