Ordered diamond kits in July and still nothing by September

I ordered these diamond Christmas kits from this company and I have no received them. The tracking number they gave me was fake. They keep telling me it is on the way but it never comes.

I placed the order on July 29, 2026 and here it is September 2, 2026 and still nothing. I paid 89 dollars for this. The tracking number just doesn't work when I try to look it up.

This company makes legit companies look bad for people who want to order stuff online. I just want my items or my money back.
