Ordered earrings and never got them after months of waiting
After a few weeks I heard nothing, so I called. They said the earrings would arrive soon. Then around March 15 I got an email saying they couldn't ship because they couldn't confirm my address and had concerns about money laundering. They wanted more banking information. That's when I felt scammed.
I looked on Yelp and saw other people saying the same thing—they take payment but never ship, or they ship broken glass. I called and emailed over and over asking to cancel my order but they kept refusing. I have no product and I'm out $375. I also filed a complaint with the FTC.
Bought diamond earrings, never got them or my money back
I still don't have the earrings and they haven't refunded my $507.98. I tried dealing with them directly, but nothing. I even filed three disputes with my bank, Chime, and they denied all of them.
I think I got scammed. They trick you with fake customer support, tell you your address is wrong, and then want to do a three-way call with your bank. It feels like they just want to get your bank info and clean out your account. Their site needs to be taken down.
