Ordered from diamond painting site and tracking number was fake

I ordered from diamondpaintingpro.com and they sent me a tracking number right away saying it was shipped. But that number never worked when I tried to look it up. After a couple weeks went by and nothing showed up, I emailed them and they told me it had been delivered already.

They gave me a second tracking number so I took it to my local post office. The clerk there said it was either incorrect or fraudulent. I emailed the company again and attached the official letter I got from the post office proving it. Now they won't even reply to me. I paid $31.99 and got nothing.
