Ad said $12.78 but they kept charging me $49.95
I called them and asked for a refund, but they said no. They claimed there was fine print that said I agreed to the $49.95 monthly charge. That's crazy, I would never agree to that for this kind of thing. To make it worse, they charged me again the very next day after I talked to them. I just want my money back.
