Charged for a program I never signed up for

I was billed $84.95 by something called Digesti Plan but the program was called Tai Chi Walking. Those two names don't match at all so I couldn't find any subscription details or confirmation emails anywhere. It made it almost impossible to cancel something I couldn't even locate.

My credit card showed this as a reference: "16086996904 US" and there's a phone number (608) 699-6904 and an email [email protected] but none of it lines up with the Tai Chi Walking name.

I want my account canceled for good and a full refund for the months I got charged while I couldn't find this hidden subscription. The whole thing feels like it's set up so you can't opt out.

Signed up for a meal plan on Instagram and got charged three times

I signed up for a meal plan via Instagram. In hindsight - that was a mistake. It was promoted as $49.95 - but I didn't see it stating it was a monthly charge. I never received any confirmation, never received the menu plan offered, have not received any subsequent communication regarding said meal plan.

But I have been charged $49.95 now for 3 months. The charge comes thru with no contact info, like other charges do, so there is no way to reach them. I put in a fraud challenge with my credit card company and am waiting for their assistance to block or cancel these charges.
