Email about a refund and a download for insomnia relief

I got a message saying I would get refunded as soon as $2000 hit my CashApp account. That made no sense to me but I followed along and it sent me to a checkout-ds24.com receipt page.

Then it took me to a digistore.com email with a download manual for an insomnia relief toolkit. This has nothing to do with TikTok at all. I lost $39.79 and I still don't understand what any of this was supposed to be.

The address on it was 360 Central Avenue Suite 800, Saint Petersburg, FL 33701. The email was [email protected]. I just want to know why I was sent this.
