Promo video for Thermo Burn led to a lost refund

I watched this long promo video with Oprah Winfrey and Jenna Bush talking up this Thermo Burn Product. So I bought 6 bottles for $294, they said there was a 60 day return. Right after that I got suspicious and wanted to cancel but their website was just gone.

I got a receipt and reached out to Digistore24 asking for a refund. They gave me an address and an RMA# so I mailed the product back. I lost the tracking number though and they told me they couldn't find the package using just the RMA#. They gave me an email for where the package would go, [email protected]. When I typed that in, the response said this email was linked to online supplement sales scams. So now I'm out the money and the product.
