Online purchase that never showed up and no replies
I tried emailing [email protected] and nothing. No reply at all. The phone number they had was (978) 733-9478 and I called it a few times, just rings. The email they sent me even had my IP address in it which was weird. It said "Your IP Is 73.241.37.48" like that was supposed to mean something.
I just want my money back honestly. It wasn't a ton but still. I don't even know what I was supposed to get. I filled out the thing and paid and that was it. No product, no download link, no confirmation email that made any sense. Just nothing.
