Ordered from DiLorca and never got my package

I ordered something from this company DiLorca and it's been almost a month now and still no order. They also took an extra 25 bucks off my card that I didn't approve. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but nobody got back to me.

The website is DiLorca and they have an address listed at 9 Walmsley Rd in Darien CT but I don't even know if that's real. I just want my money back or my item. The 60 dollars I spent is bad enough but then the extra 25 on top of that just feels wrong. Still waiting to hear something back.
