Phone call saying they could fix my debt problem

I got a call from a guy named Michael Owens saying he could help me with a debt I had. He said another business was scamming me with monthly payments that never went to my card balances. He told me his company could cancel everything out with the other company and even get some of my money back.

He gave me another number for a customer service rep named Theresa at 850-332-9382 but when I called they weren't open. His email was [email protected] and his number was 561-905-2430.

I don't know if this is legit or not but it felt strange that nobody was available when I tried to call back.
