Paid $95 processing fee and still no card or refund

I paid a $95 processing fee up front for a credit card and they never delivered anything. When I asked for a refund they told me it would be a 30 day hold until they send a check. That was over 3 months ago and I still have not gotten my refund. I have tried calling 1(877) 419-8646 and emailing [email protected]. Their website is directcard.com. Nothing. No card, no check, no refund. Just the $95 gone.
