Ordered online and they claim it was delivered twice

I placed an order with them at the end of June. About two weeks go by and I still haven't gotten anything, so I emailed asking where my order was. They said it was delivered a couple of days before I even asked. I told them no, it wasn't. I have a doorbell camera and it never showed up on there. They told me to check with my neighbors, which I did and no one had it.

So then they send me an email saying they would ship it again. This time it wasn't even two weeks, it was like two days later and they claimed it was delivered again. I told them again that it wasn't. My doorbell camera didn't show anything at all. This time their email was just sorry, no refund for you. So I'm out the 36 dollars and have nothing to show for it.
