Text about a $1900 Discover charge then a call from the FBI

I got a text asking if I made a $1900 purchase with my Discover card in Miami, Florida. I replied "N" and they texted back that a representative would be in touch. Then my phone rang and a person claiming to be from Discover Capital One said a purchase had been attempted on my credit card. They knew my address, email, and birthdate. They said the purchase was linked to my bank account and they knew where I banked.

Then they transferred me to the "FBI" who claimed to be investigating the bank and asked if I would help them. I said yes. They said they set up an account with my money in it with the FDIC and sent me a link. Then they wanted me to go to the bank, take out money, and send it to them. Before it was too late I realized this was a scam. I contacted Discover, my bank, and the local police.
