Court stamp used to drain my bank account

I found out my name was on Washington courts and that’s how I learned about this. They used district courts to run charged off debts without notifying me or serving me any paperwork or subpoenas. The money was just drained out of my Keybank account.

Then a judge dismissed it but it was done with a suspicious stamp instead of a signature. Total lost was $7,670.13. The number I have is (425) 455-8220 and the address is 68th, Lynnwood, WA 98036.
