Voicemail about unpaid traffic citation I do not have

I didn't pick up the call at first. Then I got a voicemail saying I have an unpaid traffic citation, which I don't have. They wanted same day payment for this fake citation at a website called dmvcs.com or else there would be late fees and my driving privileges would be suspended.

I didn't go on the website because I was worried it might harvest my data just from visiting. The caller said they were from Wisconsin but the phone number has a New Jersey area code, (609) 346-7504. None of it made sense.
