Voicemail about a sealed document and 8 in person agents

Got a voicemail from someone named James Owens saying he's from the delivery department of document procedures. He said there's a sealed document scheduled to be delivered by 8 in person agents to my home or my place of employment. He even had a file number with my name on it.

He said if no contact is established this will be escalated and classified. Told me to press one to be transferred to my file review manager or call 877-838-9344 and press one again.

None of this makes any sense. I never ordered anything and I don't know what document they're talking about. Just a weird call trying to get me to press a button and talk to someone.

Phone call saying a sealed document would be delivered to my home

I keep getting these phone calls from someone saying he's James Owens from the delivery department of Document procedures. He says there's a sealed document scheduled to be delivered by an in-person agent to my home or my job. He gives a file number, RB-something, and says if no contact is established it will be escalated and classified as a failure to comply.

He tells me all questions have to go to the issuing office at 877-834-7198. The calls come from 1(641) 207-3797. I hung up and I did not call either number because I don't know who these people are or what this is even about.

I really don't like the threatening way he tried to scare me into calling back. It was a threat, plain and simple, just to get me to comply.
