Call about a legal notice I never got

Got a call from this number (714) 439-8157. The lady said her name was Natalie Brooks and she was with document services. She was talking about some noncompliance notice being filed against me with a reference number 2672194.

She said if I didn't get it in the mail I should call some litigation office at 866-458-1366 to get a copy sent certified. Then she said it could move forward legally without my consent in like a day or two. I don't even know what this is about. Never got any mail from them or anything. Just a weird call trying to scare me I guess.
