Voicemail threatening legal action with no company name

I got a voicemail from someone named Emily Crawford saying she was with document services. She left a message about some noncompliance notice being filed against me, with a reference number I didn't recognize. She said if I didn't get it in the mail to call their litigations office right away.

The number she left was 855-626-0238. She said this complaint could move forward legally without my consent in one to two business days. That part felt strange. I've never heard of this company or gotten anything in the mail from them.

I looked up the phone number she called from and it came back to San Mateo, CA. I didn't call back because something didn't feel right. I don't know what they want or who they are. Just a weird call.
