Charged for a monthly service I never signed up for

I never signed up for any monthly service with Documentify and I want this money back in my account right away. There's no phone number to call them at all, which already feels strange.

I did try to cancel on their website and they still took the money out anyway. It's $79.90 and I just want it to stop.
