Rental listing asked for money after application approval
A couple hours later she got an email saying she was approved and needed to send $1620 for the first month and security deposit. That's when I stopped her because we barely had any info on these people. The website is dodgerealtyllc.com and the phone number they used was (239) 510-6973. They also have an email [email protected] and an address in Kent, WA. Just glad we caught it before she lost more than the $50.
