Package marked delivered but I never got it

I ordered a product from doitava.com and the tracking they gave me shows it was delivered. But I never received the package. I contacted them and at first they told me to check around my property for it. I told them I can't find it and I don't have it.

I had to follow up several times before they finally said it was lost by the carrier and they could offer me a 15% refund. That's pretty much stealing my money. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
