Paid for two bags from TikTok ad and nothing came

I saw an ad on TikTok for these bags and bought two of them. It was like 80 bucks total. A bunch of people have been popping up on my feed showing the bags they got, so I thought it was legit.

I placed my order and that was it. I haven't gotten any shipping info or anything since I paid. The website is Dolores.com and the email they have is [email protected]. I tried calling the number on the site, 1(551) 305-4805, but no one picks up. Just nothing after the purchase.
