Skort came and it was really poor quality

I ordered the skort and when it came it was very poor quality. They said customer satisfaction was their primary concern. When I wanted to return it they offered me a 10% refund and told me to keep a product I do not want. I lost $24.00. Their phone number is 1(423) 309-4500 and the email is [email protected].
