Dress looked nothing like the picture and now I'm stuck
The only way to contact them is through email, and when I asked for a refund they told me I have to pay to ship it back to China. China! The package had one label on top of another label and it shipped from a completely different state than what they said.
I lost about $55 on this. The authorities need to do something about these scam artists. It's just frustrating.
Ordered dresses that turned out to be polyester scam
I emailed them right away through their website asking for a full refund. They made me send pictures first. After all that, they finally told me I could keep the dresses and they would refund me $14.84. That's nothing compared to the $98.92 I paid. My bank already paid them so I'm just out the money. This is clearly an overseas scam. Don't order from this company, they falsely claim what their products are and they won't give your money back. I have the whole email string if anyone needs to see it.
Dress from Donna's Dresses fell apart and no one answers
So I tried calling them. The phone number they have, 1(307) 430-1125, registers as "Yellowstone National Park" on caller ID but when you call it just says the line is disconnected. I spent $64.95 on this and I'm stuck with a cheap dress I can't even wear. It's a scam. Their address is in Sherman Oaks, CA but it doesn't feel like a real business.

When the dress finally showed up it was really poor quality. Looked nothing like the photo online. I've emailed them a couple times now asking for a refund and no one has ever written me back. Spent about 70 bucks on it. The phone number they have is 1(307) 430-1125 but I haven't tried calling yet. Just feels like I got taken.
Ordered two dresses and never got them
I sent several emails to [email protected] and they kept saying they would look into it. But nothing ever happened. No dresses, no refund. I saw their stuff on Facebook and thought it was legit. Guess I was wrong.
Ordered velvet dress from Donna's Dresses got cheap polyester instead
I tried to track the shipping but it doesn't work and they just tell you to be patient. I asked for a refund because first they couldn't tell me when it would arrive and second I'm allergic to the material they sent. They won't give me a return address. Then they offered me 10% back and said I have to pay shipping. I told them their dishonesty caused this so they need to pay shipping.
Now they just say when I decide how to resolve it to let them know. They keep refusing to give a real address or take responsibility. There are reviews on Trustpilot about this too.
