Ordered a pantsuit, got an ugly dress and no way to contact them
I tried emailing [email protected] right away to ask for a refund but the email just bounces back. Then I called 307-430-1125 and that number doesn't work either. So there is no way to get a hold of them at all. I spent $69.95 on this.
It really seems like this company is just using fake contact info so nobody can ask for their money back. I think they are probably based overseas or something. I'm going to call my credit card company and file complaints. I just want my money back.
Ordered a dress in March, got a cheap fake in June
I finally got the dress in June. It has a tag that says Made in China and it is VERY cheap quality. Nothing like the pictures. I have been asking them to send me a return label so I can send it back and get rid of it. Their address is 15442 Ventura Boulevard, Suite 201-2170, Sherman Oaks, CA and their email is [email protected]. I lost about sixty bucks on this.
