Dress from donnasdresses.com was cheap imitation and they want me to ship it to China
When I asked to return it they told me I had to send it back to China. But their website clearly says they're in California and they even have a US phone number and a California address listed. The phone number doesn't even work. Not sure what's at that address because they're really in China.
When I complained about the wrong dress and the poor quality, they tried to "negotiate" a partial refund of 30%. I still haven't gotten that money and I don't expect to.
Website looked real but my dresses never came
After 16 days there was no delivery and no tracking number. I tried to look up the company to see where they were and the phone number was out of order. The website wasn't available either.
I've contacted my credit card company to let them know about the fraudulent purchase.
Dresses arrived wrinkled and poor quality, no return address
I sent an email to [email protected] asking for an address so I could send them back for a return. Never heard anything back from them. Then I tried calling the phone number that's listed on their website, (307) 430-1125, and it just says the number is disconnected. That number is a Wyoming area code which is weird because their address says Van Nuys, CA. Anyway I'm out about 282 dollars and I can't get ahold of anyone to fix this.
Ordered a pantsuit, got an ugly dress and no way to contact them
I tried emailing [email protected] right away to ask for a refund but the email just bounces back. Then I called 307-430-1125 and that number doesn't work either. So there is no way to get a hold of them at all. I spent $69.95 on this.
It really seems like this company is just using fake contact info so nobody can ask for their money back. I think they are probably based overseas or something. I'm going to call my credit card company and file complaints. I just want my money back.
Ordered a dress in March, got a cheap fake in June
I finally got the dress in June. It has a tag that says Made in China and it is VERY cheap quality. Nothing like the pictures. I have been asking them to send me a return label so I can send it back and get rid of it. Their address is 15442 Ventura Boulevard, Suite 201-2170, Sherman Oaks, CA and their email is [email protected]. I lost about sixty bucks on this.
