Fan lights from Facebook promo were not as advertised
The product is inferior and nothing like what was advertised. I called Citibank to dispute the charge and they ruled in favor of the merchant. Now I have to return the items to China but Citibank couldn't even tell me where to send them. They gave me an email address and I've used it twice with no response.
The return address on the package was a Doris Yasfbara in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. When I Googled her name several accounts of brushing schemes came up. I'm out $75.98 and not sure what else to do.
