TikTok shop store took my money and won't let me withdraw

I found this place through TikTok shop. They said you get commission on orders you pay for. So I put money in. It was $3700 total.

After I added my money they made an order I couldn't fortify. And I couldn't redraw my funds either. I tried calling them at 1(251) 303-3968 and nothing. Their website is doubleblackdesign.com. The address shows 17 Ewing street, Trenton NJ, Hamilton, NJ 08609.

I just want my money back.
