Charged twice for A1C product and no one answers

I ordered something that was supposed to help decrease A1C. I got charged twice but couldn't get ahold of anyone. I called the number they had called me from and nobody answered.

Before that I got 2 phone calls from someone asking if I had questions about the product. I hadn't even received it yet. When the bottle finally came there was a website on it, but my email came back undeliverable.

I'm trying to cancel the order now but there's no one to reach out to. It's like the whole thing just disappeared after they took my money.
