Order said delivered at night but nothing on my cameras
The business address is 626 Tamalpais Dr in Corte Madera CA but it's literally a parking lot. I emailed them a bunch of times asking for any info and got almost nothing back. Then out of nowhere I get a tracking update saying my package was delivered at 11:11pm. I have cameras, nothing showed up. I checked this morning too, still nothing. I contacted the tracking people and all they gave me was the name of the person who supposedly delivered it, and you can't get ahold of them. So I emailed the actual company, KC Charm clothing INC, and got no reply at all. I lost 21 dollars on this. It's just really hard to shop in stores these days so I tried online and now this happens.
