Free trial turned into identity theft and I can't cancel
Now I go to a website to cancel and there are so many companies with the same name. They just tell me something is wrong and then ask for my card information to look up my account. That makes no sense. They already have my name, email, and phone number. Why would they need the card again?
I lost about $94 from this. I found them through Facebook and the email is [email protected]. The phone number they use is 1(956) 328-1889. I just want this to stop.
