Ordered a hat in February and still nothing

I placed an order with Dynamic Heat back on Feb 3, 2026 for a NASTY NASIR Fitted Hat. Paid $67.48 total. They said the first batch had quality issues so it got delayed. Then they said production was done on April 10 and stuff was hitting their warehouse. On May 1, the founder Gian said warehouse was active and my order would ship very soon.

I emailed them on May 13 asking for an update. Nothing. I've tried calling the number on their site too, it just doesn't work. I've sent multiple emails since then. No response at all. It's now August 4, 2026. That's six months. I just want my hat or my money back but I can't get ahold of anyone.
