Ordered a hat from dynamicheat.shop and phone number is disconnected

I ordered a hat preorder from dynamicheat.shop and paid $76 for it. The order still says processing.

I emailed them 7 times using 2 different email addresses and never got a reply. I also called the phone number and it's disconnected.

Their address is 11470 SW AMU Street, Tualatin, OR 97062. The email is [email protected]. I just want my money back or the hat I paid for.

Ordered a hat from an ad and still nothing

I saw an ad on social media for a limited edition fitted hat so I ordered it from Dynamicheat.shop. That was a while ago now. About a month went by and I finally got a shipping notice but there was no tracking info or anything else in it. It's been 2 weeks since that email and there's still no update at all. I paid $79.50 and I have no idea where my hat is or if it's even coming. I've tried reaching out to [email protected] but haven't gotten anywhere with it. Just want my money back at this point or at least some real answer about what's going on.

Ordered from dynamicheat.shop back in January and still nothing

I placed an order with these folks on January 4th and I still haven't received anything. The website is dynamicheat.shop and I paid them 93 dollars and some change. I got no tracking number, no shipping update, nothing.

I tried emailing their support at [email protected] to ask what was going on but the email just bounces back. The phone number they have listed is 1(347) 969-7198. The address on the site says 11470 SW AMU Street in Tualatin, OR but then also says Millville, CA which doesn't even make sense. It's been over a month now and I just want my money back or my order.
