Paid for car delivery and never got it

So this woman named Rosa Moore, she said she worked for E car rental. I was trying to get a car delivered to my place. She told me I had to pay with a go2bank card, so I did. I gave her the info from the gift card and everything.

She took the money and just disappeared. No car ever showed up. I lost $475 to this. Her number is (866) 780-8039. She is a crook, and believe me, I just pray for her.
