Ordered knives thinking they were from the US but they came from China

I ordered some knives from earthyblissco.com and thought I was ordering from a US company. After I got the tracking info I saw it was coming from China. I emailed [email protected] and told them I wanted a refund and to send the knives back.

They told me not to worry, to keep the knives and they would reimburse me. That was weeks ago. Still nothing.

Every email I get back seems like it was written by AI. I have yet to actually talk to a human being. I'm out $54 and can't get a straight answer from anyone.
