Order said delivered on Labor Day but nothing came

I placed an order with EasyLifexo.com and paid by credit card. Then I got a notification to track the delivery. The tracking said it was delivered on 9/7/26. That was Labor Day and I was home the whole day. No package ever showed up. I have tried reaching out to the company and got no response at all. Also there is a phone number 1(618) 616-3997 and an email [email protected] connected to this. I just want my money back or the product I paid for.

Ordered from Easylifexo.com and never got my items

I placed an order on Easylifexo.com over two months ago and I still have not received anything. I paid $39 for it.

I've tried reaching out to them at [email protected] but nothing ever comes back. No items, no response, nothing. Just feels like I threw my money away at this point.

Charged for an order that never showed up

I ordered something from easylifexo.com and paid $42.23. That was it, I never got the package. No tracking number that worked or anything. I just kept waiting and waiting.

I tried to see if there was a way to contact them but it's just a website. No phone number or real email that I could find. I feel pretty dumb for sending the money in the first place. The charge went through on my card right away, but the order might as well not exist. Still nothing in the mail.
