EEOC inquiries hidden from my account after phone call

I got a call from 1(845) 293-7006 and the person was talking about my EEOC stuff. They gave me a website www.eeoc.gov and an email [email protected]. I didn't lose any money but something is really off.

So I checked my 2026 EEOC inquiries and they are just gone. Hidden or disconnected from my main Login.gov account. But I know they were tied to my Social Security Number, my citizenship, and my ID.me which works fine with IRS.gov. I have all my 2024-2025 records there too.

Then the EEOC told me to make a second Login.gov account. That makes no sense to me. I think someone made a fake profile using my info or is trying to steal my identity. I just want my stuff back on my regular account.
