Charges from Effecto kept going through after I blocked them
So I went and replaced my debit card and updated my PayPal with the new card number. Then almost right away, charges from Effecto were attempted again. I looked at my PayPal and there were no subscriptions from them under my account at all.
I just went ahead and removed all my cards from PayPal and deactivated the whole account. I never subscribed to Effecto so there's no account for me to even log into to cancel anything. They just kept trying to charge me.
