Ordered sandals and got plastic shoe molds instead
When the package finally came, I opened it and just stared. It was not sandals. It was these flat plastic molds with straps stuck on them. Like something you would use to make a shoe, not wear. I couldn't believe it. I tried to contact them but there is no real info on the site. No phone number or anything. I feel like I just threw my money away.
Website promised easy returns but sent wrong size
They advertise this easy money-back guarantee right on their web page, which is why I even ordered in the first place. But now that I need to use it, it doesn't seem to be so easy. I tried emailing [email protected] but I'm not getting anywhere.
I'm out about $39.90 for this. Just feels like a total scam with the false advertising.
Ordered clothes and got cheap knockoffs, now website changed
The website said returns were easy. But I could barely get ahold of anyone about it. Then when I did, they wanted pictures of me wearing the clothes to see if it was a size issue. They said they had to report it to their quality team. After that I just got automated messages and an offer for a partial refund of like 125 dollars.
Now I noticed they suddenly changed their website URL. And they're sending emails from [email protected] which is a different store name. Just seems off.
