Ordered a computer and still waiting on my refund

I ordered a computer from EITAN ZEV COMPUTERS LLC on 6/27/26. I followed up every couple of weeks and kept getting told the computer was delayed, over and over again.

I asked for a refund on 9/2/26. When I followed up on 9/13 I got this answer back, apologies that you're still waiting for the refund, I can only process a certain number of PayPal refunds daily.

Today is 9/23 and I still have not gotten my refund.
