Website says Savannah GA but returns go to Asia

I bought 2 outfits from the Eleanor & Daughters online store. Their website says they're located in Savannah, GA. When I tried to contact them about returning the items, I was told I'd have to send the outfits back to Asia and that I would be responsible for paying custom fees and shipping fees.

Their website said they are located in the US and they are not. The website also says there's a physical store location but no address can be found on the website and no phone number either. You can only talk to them through email.

I spent $124.90 on this.
