Message about credits with case number 03318

I got a message saying, "This is Sophie Owen from the Electric Company. I wanted to speak to you about credits available to you, while we have your case open. You must reference case number 03318 to receive your credits."

The number was (855) 801-0428 and the address shows Manhatten, NY. I googled the number before calling it back.
