Redirected at checkout and ended up paying Zenergy Recovery

I tried to buy a pellet stove from ElegantHomesUSA.com. At checkout I used Affirm like normal. I didn't notice that I got redirected somewhere else and the payment actually went through Zenergy Recovery instead.

Both of these companies seem fake to me. I paid $1,823 and never got the stove. Nothing was ever shipped.

I tried to get my merchandise but there's just nothing. No stove, no refund, nothing.
