No delivery updates after SpeedX picks up my order
When I asked about it they just sent the same canned response about a surge in deliveries and to contact them within 72 hours. I emailed them a bunch of times. Finally got a reply 20 days later saying the package was stolen at the sorting center.
That was it. No offer to reship or anything. Just stuck with no product and no money back.
