Ordered plus size pants and bras but everything was too small
The business uses several names, like Lydia, Elvira, Elisacharm, and Hana bras. My order number for the pants was #1227-62854 and for the bras it was 1227-71155. I have not heard from them in 3 days about how to return the items or where to send them back. They said they were getting a high volume of messages and working hard to respond within 24-48 hours but nothing.
I want a full refund including all mail charges, the total is $175.85 plus any shipping fees. I hope other people read the complaints about these scams they are pulling. I will wait to hear from you. Thank you.
