ElisaCharm tank tops Don't get sucked in

I purchased two, the same size. One didn't fit and the other had a bump in the padding that stuck out and could not be fixed. I asked to return them - they would only give me back 5% of what I paid or I could pay them another $15 to have them exchange them. Got to be kidding!

Website pants took 3 weeks and don't fit

I ordered 3 pairs of ladies pants online and it took 3 weeks to arrive. The quality of the fabric was very poor and the size large didn't fit me.

I wrote an email to their support team right away asking for a return address and a full refund. The vendor gave me two options. First, return the pants to them and pay $25 per pants which totals $75 without counting the shipping cost. Second, they would reimburse me 10% of what I paid, $76.46, which amounts to $7.64 but I can keep the pants.

These two options are unfair and unethical. I want my money back and I will return the pants that are worth less than $10.00 total. Thank you.

Ordered jeans from elisacharm.com and could not cancel

I ordered a pair of jeans from elisacharm.com and then tried to cancel the order. I couldn't cancel it. The website is https://elisacharm.com and their address shows as 1942 Broadway, Boulder, CO 80302. I also have an email for them, [email protected].

I lost $73.42 on this. Just wanted to cancel but there was no way to do it.

Facebook ad for Hana bra never delivered

I saw this bra advertised while I was scrolling on Facebook. It looked like a legit website so I ordered one with my debit card. The money was taken out of my account and I got an order number and confirmation of my item.

It's been a month now and nothing has showed up. I tried contacting them twice and both times I just got an automated response saying someone would get back to me within 24 hours. They never did.

Looking closer at the company now I can see I got scammed. Their website is elisacharm.com and the address they list is Boardway 1942, Boulder, CO. I just hope other people see this and don't order from them. I lost $23.
