Booked event space then cancelled payment after the event

Elite B2B booked the meeting space at The Langham in New York and sent us a confirmation showing their wire transfer to the hotel. Then they cancelled the payment. The client went ahead and had their event anyway. After that they kept sending emails saying they were committed to pay but they never did.

We have tried everything to get them to settle the balance. They are going around to different venues throughout the city and doing the same thing. We are out $23,621.95. Their phone number is (447) 515-6621 and email is Owen@eliteb2bevents.
